Lauren is a certified yoga instructor who specializes in Yin and restorative styles of Yoga. They learned about the benefits of yoga and meditation through undergraduate Psychology coursework and went on to complete an Honors thesis on the subject. Lauren completed their 200 HR training in 2023 and is working towards becoming an experienced yoga teacher. They also are working towards a diploma in astrological consulting. Here at Unity Lauren hosts an astrology-inspired restorative class titled ‘astral reflections’ where they work to align students with upcoming celestial energies through the chakra system.
