Brittany’s journey with movement began in her childhood, where dance became her first love and greatest passion. This deep connection to the body and spirit eventually led her to yoga, where she found a new rhythm in the art of slowing down. Certified as a yoga instructor in 2008.
Brittany’s teaching is infused with care, intuition, and a genuine desire to connect. For Brittany, movement is more than exercise—it’s a form of therapy and a pathway to connection with our soma (body) and the divine. Drawing on her recent training in Dance as Medicine, she weaves a soulful, expressive energy into her classes, creating a space where self-care blossoms and community thrives.
Her inviting, heart-centered approach inspires students to listen to their bodies, embrace their feelings, and move with intention. Brittany believes in the magic that unfolds when we come together in union, celebrating the synergy of body, mind, and spirit.
